Refund policy

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original condition and packaging (Custom Alignment Sets included). Buyer covers return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective — in that case we cover it and replace or refund at no cost, if you contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email northerntwiggolf@gmail.com with your order number to start a return. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
